While a common love for people brought these two together, they share many other interests and passions, such as their faith, fly fishing, camping, and cooking delicious food for their friends and families. All of these shared joys have helped fuel their deep friendship. It didn't take long for them to realize that they loved people, and (really) liked coffee. Hence our slogan! Over the last few years, they've spent many late nights and early mornings sipping coffee around a campfire, thus birthing the dream of Doxa! Nick and JT hope that their love for enjoying good conversations while sipping on a delicious cup of jo is shared through Doxa, and they're so excited to serve the community.
GIVING BACK TO AUSTIN
Our hearts are to build community with our neighbors here in South Austin and as needs arise, we want to be able to contribute to them both directly and to existing charities. Some specific areas of need we are excited to engage in are foster and adoption, single moms, housing for teachers, nurses, service workers, and others in the "missing middle" category.
